Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn apparel or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to avoid processing delays.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
